Ich bin ca. 2 x im Jahr Gast im Quellenhof. Ankommen und Urlaubsmodus einschalten. Der Wellness- und Saunabereich und die dazugehörigen Aufgüsse sind einfach gigantisch. Vom super, guten Essen kann ich nur schwärmen. Zur Erholung trägt auch das Fitnesscenter und das täglich Schwimmen im großen Schwimmbecken bei. Auch genießen wir regelmäßig die Anwendungen im Spa- Bereich. Das Gesamtkonzept ist einfach stimmig.

Es fehlt die Gastfreundschaft, Aufmerksamkeit und die Liebe zum Details, welche auf diesem Niveau zu erwarten ist. Wenn an allen Stellen versucht wird, Upselling zu betreiben, dann sollte bitte die Basis auch die Erwartungen erfüllen. Die fehlende Wertschätzung fängt von Begrüssung zum Hotel, zum Essen an und endet in der kalten Verabschiedung am Ende. Nicht, was erwartet wird, wenn man das Hotel wählt. Immer noch sehr gut, aber keine 5 Sterne.
