Beautiful, high-quality venue with very clean facilities, including the family pool area and family spa, with pleasantly warm water, as well as excellent spa and sauna facilities. The room was nicely decorated, and the kids’ facilities are truly outstanding, with a wide range of activities that make it a fantastic family destination. Service, however, occasionally felt below 5★ standards: arrival lacked guidance, there was a wait at reception with limited luggage assistance, and staff presence around the hotel and pool areas was quite minimal. Some additional touches—like poolside service at the family pool, or the option to choose a table at the panoramic restaurant—would further enhance the experience, especially at this price point. It would also be great to have designated timeslots allowing children to enjoy other pools, such as one of the panoramic pools, during certain hours of the day. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent amenities, particularly for families, though service could be more consistent to fully match the setting.

Insgesamt überzeugt das Hotel auf ganzer Linie. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, und auch die gesamte Einrichtung des Hauses ist stilvoll und einladend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Wellnessbereich mit den Event-Saunen, den bequemen Liegen und dem angenehm warmen Wasser in den Pools. Das Essen ist herausragend und das Personal im gesamten Hotel stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das vielfältige Angebot an Aktivitäten sorgt für einen abwechslungsreichen Aufenthalt. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt.

Das Gesamtkonzept überezugt auf allen Ebenen und es hat für alle Generationen zu jeder Tageszeit viel zu beiten. Die Service Qualität ist extrem hoch und der Aufenthalt zu jederzeit sehr angenehm, obwohl das Haus sehr gross ist und es sehr viele Gäste im Haus hat.
