Ashtanga Yoga in the Dolomites Holiday offer at ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI

Elena De Martin became acquainted with Ashtanga Yoga in the late 1990s. Since 2000, she has traveled to India every year to deepen her experience at the source of the tradition and to meet great masters such as Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, his daughter Sarasvati and his grandson R. Sharath Jois. In order to deepen her knowledge, she studies Sanskrit and yoga philosophy according to M.A. Jayashree and M.A. Narasimhan. Parallel to her Ashtanga studies, in 2001 she approached Vipassana meditation according to the teachings of Master S.N. Goenka.

Elena has been teaching in Milan since 2001, holds seminars both in Italy and abroad and has received one of the highest recognitions of the "Sri K.Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute" in Mysore, the level 2 authorization for teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Program:

On October 3rd we start at 7:00 am in Ortisei, take the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi and start our hike on the high plateau. Our path leads us to Monte Pana, where a refreshing lunch and a recovery session with our physiotherapist await us in the cozy hut of the Sanoner family. At the end of our marathon, we hike towards Selva Gardena and finally return to the hotel.

The hike has a difficulty level of "difficult" and covers 42.195 km.

The "ADLER Dolomiti Hiking Marathon" package includes

Participation in the marathon with our hiking guide
