This family-run hotel is surrounded by orchards and vineyards in the heart of a nature reserve, offering a breathtaking view of the idyllic Monticolo Lake. From the moment you arrive, the warm and welcoming atmosphere is clear—this hotel has been creating family memories for over 60 years.

Children from the age of three are lovingly cared for in the kids’ club by trained staff, six to seven days a week, totaling 56 hours. The TÜV NORD certification guarantees top-level safety and quality in childcare. Teenagers have their own dedicated space in the teen club with billiards, video games, table tennis, foosball, and tournaments like beach volleyball or soccer.

The hotel’s water world is a major highlight: a 25-meter outdoor pool with waterslide, a children’s pool with massage seats, and an indoor pool are available. There’s also a rooftop infinity pool exclusively for adults. The wellness area includes Ayurvedic treatments, yoga, massages, and private spa suites for total relaxation.

Spacious family suites with around 60 m² of living space and private gardens are designed for comfort. Sliding doors separate parents’ and children’s sleeping areas, allowing parents to relax in the garden while kids sleep undisturbed.

There is a wide variety of outdoor activities: walking and biking trails through the forest to the lake, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing adventures, campfires, treasure hunts, and even guided walks with the hotel's four gentle alpacas.

Culinary offerings are top-notch, with regional cuisine that delights every palate. Guests enjoy a rich breakfast buffet, light lunches from the show kitchen, homemade cakes in the afternoon, and a five-course dinner in the evening. Fruit, wine, and beer come from the hotel’s own production.

While kids are being well cared for in the children’s club, parents can relax in the adults-only spa. There are also child-friendly wellness treatments such as chocolate massages and mini manicures.

The surrounding South Tyrolean landscape offers lots of family excursion opportunities, from castle visits to trips on the Mendel funicular and refreshing lake outings. Many guests report that their children didn’t even want to leave the hotel—proof of just how welcome and entertained they felt.

All in all, Gartenhotel Moser offers an ideal blend of family relaxation, active adventures, excellent childcare, and gourmet experiences. Whether you're looking for wellness, nature, or fun—this is a place where unforgettable family memories are made.
